Cancellation & Refund Policy
At TaskMaster, we strive to provide a seamless experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before service: 100% refund
• Less than 24 hours before service: Non-refundable
2. TaskMaster-Initiated Cancellations
In case we cancel due to operational reasons, you will receive a full refund.
3. Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the service, please raise a complaint within 24 hours. We will evaluate the claim and may offer a free revisit or a partial/full refund.
4. Rescheduling
- Free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• If the service cannot be performed due to your unavailability or access issues, it will be considered a chargeable no-show.
• TaskMaster may reschedule due to technical or staffing constraints, with prior notice.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment.
• No cash refunds are allowed.
• Duplicate invoices can be requested within 30 days of service.
