Service Fulfillment & Delivery (Shipping and Delivery)

TaskMaster offers on-site home cleaning services that are fulfilled at the customer’s location based on the scheduled appointment.

  1. Service Location:
    All services are performed at the address provided during the booking process.
  2. Appointment-Based Delivery:
    Services are scheduled in advance. Customers can choose their preferred date and time based on availability.
  3. Confirmation:
    Service is considered delivered once the TaskMaster crew arrives at the premises and completes the job as per the scope.
  4. Rescheduling or Delays:
    Any delay due to unforeseen reasons will be communicated in advance. Customers may reschedule without any penalty at least 24 hours before the appointment.
  5. Service Unavailability:
    If the customer is unavailable or access is restricted during the scheduled time, it will be treated as a no-show and may be chargeable.
