Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of services offered by TaskMaster.
1. Customer Registration
- We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards and net banking.
• GST invoices are available upon request (GST @18%). For company billing, a valid GST number must be provided during registration.
• Support is available 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily via email or phone.
2. Booking & Quotation
- Quotes are valid for 7 days.
• Prices may be revised after the quote period or after a site inspection.
• Site visits or video assessments may be conducted for accurate pricing.
• Full advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Confirm the scheduled date at least 2 days in advance.
• Secure fragile or valuable items before service. TaskMaster is not liable for any loss or damage to such items.
4. Service Execution
- A representative must be present during service.
• Access and entry should be pre-arranged.
• Items will be inspected for pre-existing damage before cleaning.
5. Duplication Clause
Multiple bookings for the same area/service within a single session will not be honored.
6. Force Majeure
TaskMaster is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.
7. Post-Service Support
- Concerns must be raised within 24 hours.
• Verified issues may be addressed via a revisit.
• Invoices are issued at the time of service. Corrections must be requested within 48 hours.
